How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalog, select an item, and use our online design tool to add your logo, text, and artwork. Once your design is complete, add it to your cart and check out. It is that simple.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order as few as one item. We also offer bulk discounts starting at 4 or more units of the same design.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, sublimation, and heat transfer. The available methods depend on the product you select — our design tool will show you which options are available.

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout — options range from economy (2-8 days) to overnight delivery.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Yes! Our design tool supports image uploads in common formats (PNG, JPG, SVG). You can also use our built-in graphics library or add custom text with a variety of fonts and colors.

Do you offer bulk or group pricing?

Yes. Volume pricing is automatically applied when you order 4 or more of the same item. For large orders or custom quotes, contact us directly and we will work with you on pricing.
