Because all Maridan products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match your approved design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

- We will respond within one business day with a resolution
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
